Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch is located in downtown St. Helena, California. The restaurant's menu offers a quintessential summer farm-to-table experience, highlighting peak-season produce sourced directly from the ranch. The preparation across the board is relatively simple, intentionally designed to let the natural, locally grown flavors shine. While we always love the steak, the grilled Idaho trout and the heirloom tomato salad were the true highlights of the meal for us.
After dinner, Linda and I took a walk around the property just as the sun was setting. The grounds feature a large, picturesque lawn beautifully surrounded by vineyards and gardens. We strolled past the apple meadow and the inviting live fire pit, taking in the relaxed, fresh-from-the-garden atmosphere that perfectly defines the estate.
Enjoy the photos! :)
